I Can't Find My Tickets!

If you never received an email with your tickets or lost your email you can visit the following link that will instantly resend your confirmation email and tickets.

Please keep in mind that this only resends tickets that are scheduled in the future or presale voucher codes that are still valid. Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder for the email.


If you purchased tickets but the automated resend form is saying the order can't be found, DON'T PANIC. 99% of the time this just means there was a typo in your email when you purchased tickets. All you have to do is email info@fearcolumbus.com with your full name and the email you believe was used at checkout. We will find the order and resend it you once we correct the email.


If your Arrival Time is approaching, you can also simply arrive at the event and we can lookup your order via your email or phone number. 


Please note: not receiving your email or a response from us before your scheduled Arrival Time is not grounds for a refund. If you purchased tickets and your card was charged, we will find your order once you arrive on site. This applies even if someone else purchased the tickets as long as you can provide their email and phone number.
